About Me

Hi, I’m Sarah

I got tired of waiting for my life to feel like mine.

I work a regular 9–5, and for a long time, that felt like enough: stable, predictable, safe.

But somewhere along the way, a quiet feeling started to grow the kind you can’t ignore, no matter how busy you stay.

There has to be more than this.

Not because my life was falling apart.

But because I could feel deep down  that I had more to offer the world than what my job title said.

That my time was worth more than what my paycheque suggested.

That if I kept trading hours for dollars and waiting for the weekend to feel like myself, I’d spend the rest of my life one step forward and two steps back.

Sound familiar?

Why I Created The Happy Tumbleweed

I didn’t start this because I had it all figured out. I started this because I was tired of feeling behind.

Behind in life. Behind in money. Behind in becoming the person I kept telling myself I’d eventually become.

I created The Happy Tumbleweed because I believe one thing deeply:

Ownership is the way forward.

Not just owning a business but owning your time, your choices, and your future. In a world that keeps changing, the people who build something of their own are the ones who get to decide what their life looks like.

I’m not there yet. But I’m building. One small, imperfect step at a time.

What This Place Is

The Happy Tumbleweed is where I document the real journey of building an online business from zero  while working full time, navigating real life, and figuring things out as I go.

No highlight reel. No pretending it’s easy.

Just honest progress, real talk, and everything I learn along the way.

Because I believe that time is our most valuable asset.

And I refuse to spend mine waiting for a better moment that never comes.

What I Want For You

I want you to leave this site feeling something.

Motivated. Encouraged. Like maybe just maybe  you could do this too.

I want you to feel excited about trying new ways of thinking and living.

To believe that your life doesn’t have to stay the same.

That starting small isn’t the same as starting wrong.

That being behind doesn’t mean being finished.

Because if there’s one thing I know for certain the people who change their lives aren’t the ones who had it easy.

They’re the ones who decided to start anyway.

When I’m Not Building This Thing

You’ll find me near the water.

There’s something about quiet moments beside the water that slows everything down and gives my mind room to breathe.

It’s where I do my best thinking. Where I remember why I started. Where I come back to myself.

That stillness is what I’m chasing  not just beside the water, but in my everyday life.

A life that feels calm, intentional, and completely my own.

Let’s Build Something Together

If you’re tired of waiting. If you’re ready to start even if you don’t know where. If you believe, like I do, that your time is worth more than what anyone is currently paying for it.

You’re in the right place.

Welcome to The Happy Tumbleweed.

Most people are just trying to get through the week. This is about building something more than that.
